FIH Hockey5s Men’s World Cup DAY 1

The FIH Hockey5s flagship event is a brand-new competition with 16 teams per gender taking part over eight days of high octane hockey action. 

The event will be one for the whole family to enjoy with Fanzone full of activities and entertainment along side the fast paced action on the pitch.

Oman Hockey will be delighted to welcome you to our brand new venue in AL Amerat which will become a 5,000 seat stadium for the World Cup. This venue provides a fantastic legacy for Oman and our sport long after the tournament has finished. Providing opportunities for the next generation of hockey stars to develop  their skills.

What’s even more exciting is that Oman mens and woman’s team will be competing along side the world’s best as they both take part in their first ever World Cup competitions.
